Brain dead

No, this is not my place, but its close enough.Sorry y'all! I'm totally fried--and haven't even finished moving (whoops!). Guess that's what happens when you don't pack, don't plan and try to force everything in the last minute after a day (that's right, I said day) of drinking. What can you do? It was Matt's birthday weekend--and I was celebrating my promotion and Steve 1 was celebrating his selection to go to Thailand. At least the couch, bed and (most of) the big shit is in. Now where to put it . . .
So since I'm still out of it, I'll just give you the rundown--
Re-Bar on Sunday with Bill. Great, as usual--holiday weekend always helps.
Get to work today to find out that all the work I've been doing for the past month has been for naught. So I slack a little, teeny bit. I moved all weekend!! Give me a break!
Friday, the Lichtenstein show opens at the Henry. We're still on, right Bill?
Saturday, the launch party for Seattle Metropolitan Magazine. Two words. Open. Bar. Wait--two more words. Free. Food. WAIT!! Two more words--Live. Music. Minus the Bear will be playing, Tom Douglas is doing the food, and I'll be drinking heavily.
Man, I hope I find the time to move those remaining boxes--oh who am I kidding, there's not any boxes, just piles of shit. Burn it all!!

Two words: “Kerosine” and “Match.” Then walk away.

I was about to seriously question your homosexuality when I saw arrows and antlers on the wall. No self respecting gay man could live in that hell hole.

The coolest thing aboust minus the bear is the guitarist that used to be in botch. He rocks like he is playing heavy metal while everyone else is dancing. I know you like heavy metal (and maybe dancing?).

Keith -Of course I like heavy metal--I was just listening to Extra Fancy while moving. Who doesn't like heavy metal with a queer frontman? As for your Enron article . . . I get the point and I agree. Smart people are overrated, but I think some of the logic he uses to get there is a little twisted. Have you seen Smartest Guys in the Room, yet? That Mark Cuban sure knows how to finance a documentary . . .
Matt S. -- Yeah, definitely not any place I would live--I mean, I do love hunting and camo. My shit be pretty gay.
GayProf -- As always your words of wisdom are much appreciated.
Weird, I'm blogging from home. Weird, I just used blog as a verb (gerund?). Weird, home has three other dudes in it. Weird.

Smartest guys in the room is on my netflix queue - right after the Wilco movie; shows where my priorties lie. Regarding Mark Cuban: didn't he shell out some cash for Good Night and good Luck too? I know he's into that newfangled "digital" stuff.

Oooh, you guys Netflix? I didn't know that! We'll have to become Netflix buddies, that way we can recommend movies to one another!!! (Just to warn you, I often recommend totally crappy movies--even ones crappier than some of the crap Risa and I have seen together.) But its still fun to see what people have in their queue.
